Growing Plants

This term Room 2 has planted some radishes and carrots.  We have learnt about photosynthesis, how plants make food from water, carbon dioxide and sunlight.  We also learnt that trees breathe through tiny holes on their leaves called stomata.

Our next question to ponder is:  How do plants breathe after they lose their leaves in Autumn?

From Room 1 - We liked hearing your ideas about how plants breathe in the autumn...Please can you tell us when you find out? We would like to know too, how plants breathe when they lose their leaves!

Hi Vaughan, Thank you for commenting on our videos. Reed did a dab because on every single trip he does one. Ashton did a dab because he wanted to. From Room 2 :-)
